Icons Of Style- Erin Wasson

Erin Wasson has been modelling since 2000. At only 25, she has had campaigns with Gucci, Maybelline, Victoria's Secret and Dolce & Gabbanna to name a few. Her friends are models and designers, she is tattooed, surfs in her spare time and designs jewellery for her range Luv Low. Can I say perfection?!

What we can learn from Erin:

- know what suits you and stick to it!
- basic colours are not boring
- hats, slouchy beanies, headbands and headpeices are fun
- flats are cool, be in sneakers, brouges, gladiator sandles or boots
- denim cut offs are a staple wardrobe item (if you have the legs!)

I second that, flats are cool! just because heels can be impeding on my locomotion (i'm a total clutz and the extra height doesn't help any. But i dont know about hats. I feel like i just dont have a hat friendly head... or i dont know when to wear em..

She is one of my absolute favorites. Her style is so much more creative and interesting that that of the typical Olsen twin clone. She mixes masculine and feminine pieces so well.

I am seriously loving your blog. Just discovered but I'm checking your older posts as well.

Good style Icon choices! and I second your opinion. flats ARE cool. i keep buying heels because I fall in love with them, but I wear my flats a thousand times more, and enjoy wearing them more, as well.

I've addded you to my favorite blogs link, because you're doing a really good job here.

Hmm - didn't know she smokes. This changes things a tiny bit...
I wonder if her and that ksubi guy are actually going out. They certainly seem very close if you know what I mean? Lol!
Gotta love her who-gives-a-f*** attitude, it's so refreshing (without being intimidating)!

I've just this minute finished cutting a pair of old threadbare jeans into shorts but once again got into that thing where you have to keep trimming bits off cos one leg's down here and the other up there and then the back's completely uneven and they get shorter and shorter... Unfortunately my legs are not quite like Erin's so I should have stopped around 3inches ago.
